1. Approve the enclosed Rules of preliminary approval of features of forming of starting price for products in case of its sale at the exchange.
2. Determine that the instruction about preliminary approval of antimonopoly authority of features of forming of starting price for products in case of its sale at the exchange is issued to business entity by results of consideration of the case about antitrust violation.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 1, 2010 No. 208 "About approval of the Regulations on preliminary approval of features of forming of starting price for products in case of its sale at commodity exchange" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 14, the Art. 1672).
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026 and is effective till September 1, 2032.
