For the purpose of implementation of the order of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 13, 2026 No. 168, according to article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff and about payment terms of work of the government and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 25, 2024 No. 423 the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the subitem 3 of Item 3 of the word "to 75%" "in the amount of 100%";
Appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution to state 2) in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and planning period of 2027-2028", and also when forming the republican budget for the next years to provide the changes following from this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
