About some questions of National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 12, 2024 No. 94, according to article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff and about payment terms of work of the government and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som which is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of staff of National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve:
1) the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the sizes of official pay rates of staff of National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances to official pay rates of staff of National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that are paid to the staff of National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) the allowance for academic degree according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) the percentage allowance for complexity, quality, results of work, manifestation of professional initiative, unrationed operating mode to 50% to official pay rate;
3) the percentage allowance for accomplishment of especially important and responsible works to 75% to official pay rate;
4) in case of exit in leave benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund.
4. Payment terms of work of technical service personnel and junior service personnel are regulated according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers occupied with servicing of state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 433.
5. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, including technical and service personnel" of November 15, 2021 No. 264 the following changes:
1) in appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution:
- Items 21, 22 to recognize invalid;
2) in appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 11 of the following content:

7. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
