About establishment of categories of the vehicles equipped by tachographs performing regular transportations of passengers, and also message types in which such transportations by vehicles of the specified categories are performed
According to article 20 of the Federal law "About Traffic Safety" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that tachographs equip vehicles of categories M2 and M 3, the performing regular transportations of passengers in the suburban and long-distance message.
2. Item 1 of this resolution is not applied if data on the vehicles specified in Item 1 of this resolution are included in the register of the Russian carriers allowed to implementation of the international motor transportations, and the specified vehicles are equipped with the control device (tachograph) of registration of work-rest schedule of transport drivers provided by the European agreement concerning work of crews of the vehicles making the international motor transportations (ESTR).
3. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and separate provision of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026 and is effective till September 1, 2032.
