1. Approve:

The regulations on notary office (are applied);

The instruction about order of registration of notary offices and maintaining the register of notary offices (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for passing of professional training as the trainee of the notary (is attached);

The regulations on the Qualification commission on questions of notarial activities (are applied);

The instruction about procedure for holding qualification examination for determination of the professional training level of person applying for acquisition of the status of the notary (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for issue of the certificate on implementation of notarial activities, introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments, issues of its duplicate and cancellation, maintaining the register of certificates on implementation of notarial activities (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for carrying out certification of notaries (is attached).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2002 No. 3 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the certificate of the wills and powers of attorney equated to notarially certified":
