About measures for stabilization of market prices of fuels and lubricants and modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the Temporary procedure for provision of subsidies to the subjects performing activities for import and realization of fuels and lubricants according to appendix.

2. Determine fixed prices of acquisition of the imported fuels and lubricants on basis of delivery of railway stations Turksib and Sara-Agach for the purposes of provision of subsidies at the following level:

1) gasoline motor (the Ai-95) Ai-92, brands, the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity classified in goods items 2710 12 110-2710 12th 900, 2710 19 110 0-2710 19 150 0, 2710 19 250 0, 2710 19 290 in the amount of:

- the Ai-92 brands - 860 US dollars for one ton;

- the Ai-95 brands - 940 US dollars for one ton;

2) the diesel fuel classified in goods items of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 2710 19 310 0-2710 19 480 0, 2710 20 110 0-2710 20 190 0, in the amount of 950 US dollars for one ton;

3) the liquefied hydrocarbon gas used as automobile fuel classified in goods items of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 2711 11 000 0-2711 19 000 0, 2901 10 000 1, in the amount of 575 US dollars for one ton.

3. Establish:

1) action of the Temporary procedure for provision of subsidies to the subjects performing activities for import and realization of fuels and lubricants during the period from May 25 to September 30, 2026 inclusive;
