For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 30, 2026 "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also of decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning the separate goods intended for the tanning and shoe and chemical industry and in some decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Council of the Eurasian economic commission" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 13
1. Determine that:
1.1. The Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry (further – Belneftekhim concern) issues confirmation of purpose of the separate types of means imported into the Republic of Belarus for processing of textile materials, skin, fur or other materials classified by code 3403 91 000 9 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union held for use in the chemical industry (further if other is not provided, respectively – confirmation, goods, the CN FEA EEU);
1.2. for receipt of confirmation the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further – interested persons), address to Belneftekhim concern with submission of the documents and (or) data provided in Item 2 of regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.18 "Receipt of confirmation of purpose of the separate types of means imported into the Republic of Belarus for processing of textile materials, skin, fur or other materials classified by code 3403 91 000 9 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union" approved by this resolution (further if other is not provided, – regulations);
1.3. the bases for refusal by Belneftekhim concern in issue of confirmation are:
