Determine that certificates of conformity of systems of quality management which are issued about day of entry into force of this resolution by the certification bodies performing works on certification of systems of quality management, being participants of one of systems of voluntary certification in the field of assessment (voluntary confirmation) concerning systems of quality management, to the organizations performing development, testing, production, disassembly and utilization of nuclear charges, nuclear ammunition and their components, and also creation, maintenance and utilization of military nuclear power plants within the license granted according to Regulations on licensing of organization activity on use of nuclear materials and radioactive materials in case of work on use of atomic energy in the defense purposes including development, production, testing, transportation (transportation), operation, storage liquidation and utilization of nuclear weapon and military nuclear power plants, No. 911 "About licensing of organization activity on use of nuclear materials and radioactive materials in case of work on use of atomic energy in the defense purposes, including development, production, testing, transportation (transportation), operation, storage, liquidation and utilization of nuclear weapon and military nuclear power plants", are applied by the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2017 to implementation of activities for assessment (confirmation) of compliance of systems of quality management of the specified organizations before the termination of term of their action, but no later than October 31, 2026.
