According to Items 6 and 32 of the Order of registration, re-registration of registered unemployed persons and accounting of persons who are looking for work, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 30, 2023 No. 446, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics, the environment and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2025 No. 903, for the purpose of unification of maintaining personal cards of registered unemployed persons
I ORDER:
1. Approve enclosed:
form of personal card;
form of information extraction of stay of person in the status of the registered unemployed person.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 14, 2016 No. 250 "About approval of the List of documents of which the personal record of the unemployed submitted to the departmental archive on storage" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 31, 2016 at No. 487/28617 is created.
3. To provide to department of employment submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy, the environment and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
