According to the Laws of Ukraine "About employment of the population", "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" and the Order of registration, to re-registration of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 198 (with changes), I order:
1. Approve the List of documents of which the personal case of the unemployed which is submitted to departmental archive on storage which is applied is created.
2. To submit district, city, city and district jobcenters in the cities the cases to departmental archives of jobcenters according to the schedule approved by the director of jobcenter in which the departmental archive is created.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of June 19, 2006 No. 227 "About approval of the List of documents of which the personal case of the unemployed which is submitted to departmental archive on storage", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 6, 2006 at No. 801/12675 is created.
