1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for retirement, conducting examination, temporary storage, utilization or destruction of the defective and (or) dangerous foodstuff, materials and products contacting to foodstuff.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2020 No. 1612 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for retirement, conducting examination, temporary storage, utilization or destruction of the defective and (or) dangerous foodstuff, materials and products contacting to foodstuff" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 42, the Art. 6579).
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026 and is effective till September 1, 2032.
