About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for transactions for the benefit of juveniles and minors
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Family code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135):
Paragraph two of part three of Article 65 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Consent to the conclusion of the agreement requiring the notarial certificate and (or) state registration shall be notarially certified";
2) in Article 177:
the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:
"1. Parents (adoptive parents) or the guardian manage the property belonging to the juvenile child without power, special on that. Parents (adoptive parents) or the guardian shall care for preserving and use of property of the child in its interests";
in part two:
paragraphs two and third Item 3 to state in the following edition:
"object of the residential real estate and/or the parcel of land on which such object is placed the owner or the user of which is their juvenile child;
alienation (including by sale, donation, exchange or introduction (transfer) to the authorized (constituted) capital (share fund) of the legal entity or as admission, membership and/or target fee of the member of cooperative), separations, allocations, transfers to pledge, mortgage of real estate, object of construction in progress, future real estate object, other valuable property, in particular vehicles which owner is their juvenile child";
add with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"The transaction according to which the juvenile child acquires in property property gratuitously including real estate by which user it is, made without provision of permission to guardianship and custody body";
the third and sixth to state parts in the following edition:
