About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

Item 12-15 to add 1) with two new subitems of the following content:

"34) on accounts of legal resident person if such means are received from foreign states or the agencies authorized by them on financing of contracts for production of military goods and double use which final receivers are the defenses constituting security forces and forces;

35) on accounts of legal resident person upon purchase of foreign currency by it at the expense of budgetary funds for the purposes of accomplishment of the public contract for the purpose of production of military goods, final receiver of which are the defenses constituting security forces and forces.";

2) in Item 14:

to add Item after subitem 11 with new subitem 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1) transfers abroad the legal entity in whose authorized capital the state directly or indirectly possesses 100 percent, at the expense of the means of the government budget received on the purposes determined according to the procedure of use of the means of the government budget provided for ensuring accomplishment of tasks and actions for support of Ukrainians abroad and assistance to their return to Ukraine, No. 1743 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 26, 2025;";
