About modification of the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values
According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", Item 7 of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About national institution of development", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 27 of the Section IV of the Provisions on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 02, 2019 No. 2 (with changes), after subitem 3-2 to add with new subitem 3-3 of the following content:
"3-3) transactions connected with provision of development of financial services by National institution (provision of means on credit, provision of guarantees) according to the Law of Ukraine "About national institution of development";".
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
