I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1.1. The register of accounting of import of fertilizers according to the form provided in appendix No. 1;

1.2. The instruction about procedure for filling of the Register of accounting of import of fertilizers according to appendix No. 2.

2. The register of accounting of import of fertilizers is filled in in paper or electronic type.

3. This order becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. I impose control of execution of this order on myself.
