About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

This resolution shifts part (1) Article 32 of Regulations of the Commission (EU) No. 2017/459 of the March 16, 2017 establishing the network code of mechanisms of distribution of capacity in gas-transport systems and canceling Regulations (EU) No. 984/2013, of the European Union published in the Official magazine of L 72/1 of March 17, 2017, CELEX: 32017R0459.
1. In the Code about networks of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 420/2019 of November 22, 2019. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, the Art. No. 14-23 60) registered in the Ministry of Justice No. 1520 of January 3, 2020 to make the following changes:
1) in Item 5:
state the concept "agreement on operation" of the following edition:
"the agreement on operation - the agreement signed between operators of adjacent systems which networks are connected in certain point of intersystem connection and in which requirements and conditions, operating procedure and operation of the interconnected networks of natural gas for the purpose of ensuring effective compatibility of networks of natural gas are established;";
add with the concept "conditional capacity" of the following content:
"conditional capacity - the capacity provided to OPS on transparent and predefined conditions according to the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas and this Code for the purpose of realization of transfer of natural gas;".
state the concept "operator of adjacent system" of the following edition:
