About approval of the Code of networks of natural gas
Based on h (4) Art. 67 and h (10) Art. 114 of the Law No. 108/2016 of May 27, 2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 415) the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve the Code of networks of natural gas it (is applied).
1) the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 324/2009 of February 27, 2009 about approval of Technical regulations of distribution networks of natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 86-88, Art. 362.), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 672 of April 21, 2009;
2) the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 375/2010 of May 13, 2010 about approval of Technical regulations for the transferring networks of natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 227-2230, the Art. 834), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 773 of November 10, 2010.
3. To impose control of application of the approved resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
