This resolution partially restacks (the item (a) of Art. 1; item 93 and item 139 of the Art. 4, the item (d), parts (1) the Art. 92, 429, 429a parts (1) the item (b), (c), (f) - (l), (n), parts (4) - (7), 429b, 429c, 429d, 429e, 429f, 429g, 430 parts (1) the item (a) and parts (2) and the item and) parts (1) the Art. 451) Regulations No. 575/2013 of the European parliament and Council of June 26, 2013 about prudential requirements to credit institutions and investment companies and about modification of Regulations (EU) No. 648/2012, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 176 of June 27, 2013 CELEX: 32013R0575, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2024/1623 European parliament and Council of May 31, 2024.

Item 130 of Regulations on own means of the bank and requirements to the capital approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 109/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 183-194, the Art. 899), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1332/2018, to add with the subitem 4) of the following content: "4) indicator of effect of the lever of 3%.
