About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1729

Approve the enclosed changes approved with the Government of Moscow which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 No. 1729 "About approval of the Regulations on the state accreditation of the Russian organizations performing activities in the field of information technologies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 40, Art. 6845; 2023, No. 9, Art. 1510; 2024, No. 36, Art. 5450; 2025, No. 48, Art. 7391).
2. Determine that in 2026:
for passing of the planned procedure of confirmation, stipulated in Item 27 Regulations on the state accreditation of the Russian organizations performing activities in the field of information technologies, No. 1729 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2022 "About approval of the Regulations on the state accreditation of the Russian organizations performing activities in the field of information technologies" (further - the Provision), the Russian organizations which are performing activities in the field of information technologies, having the state accreditation submit the documents provided by Items 26 - 26.20 Provisions, no later than July 1, 2026;
the planned procedure of confirmation, stipulated in Item 27 Provisions, concerning the Russian organizations performing activities in the field of the information technologies having the state accreditation (including the Russian organizations which following the results of the I quarter 2026 applied the lowered rates of insurance premiums, stipulated in Item 2.2-2 articles 427 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation to payers of the insurance premiums specified in the subitem 3 of Item 1 of article 427 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation), is held till September 1, 2026.
