About approval of Requirements to development or adjustment of the economic conclusion of the central authorized body on budget policy and the industry conclusion of the central authorized body of the corresponding industry for provision of the state guarantees on support of private entrepreneurship
According to item 4 of Article 144-1 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Requirements to development or adjustment of the economic conclusion of the central authorized body on budget policy and the industry conclusion of the central authorized body of the corresponding industry for provision of the state guarantees on support of private entrepreneurship.
2. To provide to department of the state support and protection of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
