I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made (further – the List).

2. To provide to department of social security and social insurance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. 1) completeness of the provided data;

2) lack of the fact of appointment, payment, and also filing of application to purpose of benefit or the public social benefit on the occasion of loss of the supporter, retirement benefits on age or for long service.

In case of positive result of check on the specified parameters the statement moves to the magazine of the incoming messages intended for processing in ATsS "E-prototype".

To the applicant who addressed for purpose of benefit by means of the portal, the notification on adoption of the electronic statement goes to personal account of the applicant.";

"17. In case of the right to purpose of benefit, on the bases, stipulated in Item 3 articles 171 of the Social code, in case of registration of telephone number of the subscriber structure of cellular communication of uslugopoluchatel on the portal by means of ATsS "E-prototype" the sms about possibility of obtaining through pro-active service is initiated.";

"19. In case of purpose of benefit through pro-active service ATsS "E-prototype" performs request in TsS of state bodies and (or) organizations for receipt of necessary data, stipulated in Item 7 these rules.

In case of not passing of check in the specified parameters ATsS "E-prototype", automatically represents the notification on variation of the electronic statement to the applicant.";

"21-1. In case of purpose of disability benefit for the reasons of general disease or labor mutilation according to the statements which arrived through the portal and the subscriber structure of cellular communication (pro-active service) of ATsS "E-prototype" automatically:

creates EMD and the electronic draft decision about purpose of the public social benefit on disability according to appendix 11 to these rules, approves the electronic draft decision by means of the EDS of the authorized person of the service provider;

in case of absence or incorrectness of data in EMD necessary for decision making on appointment (refusal in appointment), creates the decision on refusal in purpose of disability benefit;
