in Regulations on the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) is the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing management and cross-industry coordination in spheres of artificial intelligence, the aerospace and electronic industry, scientific and technical development of the country, geodesy, cartography and space data, ensuring information security in spheres of informatization, "the electronic government", personal data and their protection, digital assets, project management and also in the field of communication, development of state policy in the field of rendering the state services and in data management (further - regulated spheres).";
