About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 7, the Art. 897) the following changes:
Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 1. Regulation subject
This Law establishes the legal basis of activities of diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic, determines its tasks, functions, and also governs employment and other relations of staff of diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

"Activities of consular service are regulated by this Law, and also the Consular charter approved by the decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the President), and other corresponding regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
3) in Article 4:
a) add with the paragraph the tenth the following content:
"The ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic with stay in the Kyrgyz Republic - the official of the Kyrgyz Republic with the permanent location in the Kyrgyz Republic having appropriate authority to represent the Kyrgyz Republic in the relations with one or several foreign states and the international organizations;";
b) the sixteenth and seventeenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"the staff of diplomatic service is the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic holding diplomatic and consular positions, and also the state civil positions in bodies of diplomatic service;

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"2. The president establishes, stops activities and abolishes foreign institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of authorized body.";
