About approval of the Procedure for accreditation on the right of implementation of checks of subjects of regulation in the field of personal data

1. Approve the Procedure for accreditation on the right of implementation of checks of subjects of regulation in the field of personal data according to appendix.
2. Determine that this resolution is implemented within the number of staff and means provided in the republican budget on corresponding and the next years for state bodies of the executive authority.
3. To the state personal data protection agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
