Approve Regulations on the information database of consumption of natural gas which are applied.

1. The information database of consumption of natural gas (further - information base) is created for the purpose of ensuring control of use of resources of the imported natural gas and natural gas of own production and provides the automated accounting of consumers (objects of consumption) of natural gas, amounts consumed (selected) them natural gas, and also the related subjects of the natural gas market.
2. In this Provision terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and "About ensuring commercial accounting of natural gas" the regulatory legal acts adopted in pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market".
3. The owner of information base and exclusive property rights of intellectual property on its software is the state on behalf of the Ministry of Energy which is holder of information base.
Administrator of information base is Operator of Gas-transport System of Ukraine LLC (further - the administrator).
Upon readiness of information base for functioning according to the main objectives the administrator puts it into operation what he in writing in three-day time reports to the holder of information base about.
