Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2021 No. 1052 "About approval of Rules of implementation of the state control (supervision) of implementation of the international motor transportations at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5430; 2022, No. 40, Art. 6844).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

1. In word preamble "According to article 11 of the Federal law "About the State Control of Implementation of the International Motor Transportations and about Responsibility for Violation of Procedure for Their Accomplishment" to exclude.
2. In Rules of implementation of the state control (supervision) of implementation of the international motor transportations at the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:
a) to add Item 2 after the words "About the State Control of Implementation of the International Motor Transportations" with the words "and separate cabotage motor transportations";
b) in Item 5:
to add the subitem "g" after the words "About the State Control of Implementation of the International Motor Transportations" with the words "and separate cabotage motor transportations";
state the subitem "d" in the following edition:
