About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan"

Article 1. Cancel Item 7 of part 1 of Article 73 and item 4 of part 1 of article 92 of the Law of December 26, 2008 No. ZR-5 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective on January 1, 2026.
2. After entry into force of this Law, the serving communities performing the functions assigned to the service centers of department continue to hold the positions before approval of the list of positions of public service of the Ministry of Justice and passports of new positions of public service. On the new positions of public service created after approval of the list of positions of public service of the Ministry of Justice and passports of new positions of public service according to the order of the Minister of Justice, according to the personnel divisions operating in the specified service centers terminal employment contracts according to the procedure, established by the Law "About Public Service", until position assignment by results of the tender which is carried out to this position are signed with employees of community.
3. Provisions of part 2 of article 80 of the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan" are not applied to cases of reducing the income of the city budget of Yerevan.
