About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning compensation of government employees on the basis of classification of positions

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning compensation of government employees on the basis of classification of positions of change which are applied.
2. Determine that in 2026:
for the purpose of determination of official pay rates for positions of public service of regional public administrations (military authorities), the Kiev city public administration (executive body of the Kiev city council) the scheme of official pay rates on positions of public service taking into account families and levels of positions, jurisdiction and types of bodies of the sector of safety and defense (except the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs), regional and district prosecutor's offices, and also the Pension fund of Ukraine in 2026, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 1409 is applied (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 11, the Art. 702), taking into account the changes made by this resolution;
in state bodies which carried out classification of positions of public service the official pay rates of government employees determined by the schemes of official pay rates approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 1409, in case of change of grade in comparison with 2025 are applied after carrying out repeated classification of positions according to part five of article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service".
The sizes of official pay rates established for such positions in 2025 are applied to carrying out the repeated classification of positions provided by the paragraph third this Item.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
