RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of reforming of local self-government and the territorial organization of the power in the conditions of warlike situation and preparation for finding of membership of Ukraine in the European Union

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve features of reforming of local self-government and the territorial organization of the power in the conditions of warlike situation and preparation for finding of membership of Ukraine in the European Union which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

3. To the ministry of development of communities and territories together with interested central and local executive bodies with participation of All-Ukrainian associations of local government bodies to develop and to submit to three-months time in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the actions plan on realization of the features approved by this resolution.
