"3. Tourist and recreational activities in National parks are performed by placement of subjects to administrative appointment, conducting the economic activity necessary for ensuring protection and functioning of National park, servicing of visitors, including the organization of amateur (sports) fishery, fauna public, implementation of construction and operation visit centers, the recreational centers, open-air cages for cultivation and content of wild animals, fish-breeding farms, hotels, campings, the museums and other objects of servicing of tourists, the device of camp parking and observation decks, beaches, boat stations, rental centers of water activities of transport and beach stock taking into account regulations of recreational loadings, in zones of tourist, recreational and limited economic activity.
Provision of sites for placement of fish-breeding farms is performed in the presence of biological reasons with the positive conclusion of the state environmental assessment.
Maintaining fish breeding is performed by method of the organization of fish-breeding farms with the closed water supply cycle.";
