I DECIDE:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 13, 2014 No. 722 "About approval of Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal, accounting, storage and destruction of diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the list of officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change are issued:
in Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal, accounting, storage and destruction of the diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree to state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The passport is issued by the Ministry according to the list of officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan are issued, approved as the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the list).
Issue by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of diplomatic and office passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan to persons which are not specified in the list is allowed.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
