Bring in part 1 of article 6 of the Federal Law of June 23, 2016 No. 182-FZ "About bases of system of prevention of offenses in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 26, of the Art. 3851) of change, having added with its Items 17 and 18 of the following content:

"17) execution of conscription and execution of military service;

18) ensuring protection of the historical truth and non-admission of derogation of value of feat of the people in case of protection of the Fatherland.".
