2. As a result of the Section of property complex movable and (or) immovable things are formed, and the property complex stops the existence. As a result of apportionment separate movable and (or) immovable things are formed of structure of property complex of separate movable and (or) immovable things, and the property complex remains with the changed characteristics.
3. The decision on the Section of property complex or on apportionment from its structure of separate movable and (or) immovable things is accepted by single business entity according to this Federal Law according to the procedure, provided by single business entity.
