Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Federal Law
This Federal Law establishes the organizational and legal basis in the field of safety of objects of fuel and energy complex in the Russian Federation, except for objects of nuclear power, and the artificial islands, installations, constructions located within the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea which are intended for investigation, production, transfer of oil and (or) gas, development of oil and (or) gas fields and concerning which the Russian Federation performs jurisdiction (further - the object of fuel and energy complex located within the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea) for the purpose of prevention of acts of illegal intervention, determines powers of federal bodies of the government and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in the specified sphere, and also the rights, obligations and responsibility of subjects of fuel and energy complex.";
Item 3.1 of Article 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. 1) the safety area of object of fuel and energy complex - the territory including water and airspace around separate object of fuel and energy complex in which borders measures for ensuring protection of such object against acts of illegal intervention according to provisions of this Federal Law are implemented;";
