1) in Article 27.12:
a) state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. About discharge from vehicle control the protocol is constituted or the corresponding entry with indication of date, time, the place, the discharge basis from vehicle control, position, surname and initials of person which applied this measure of ensuring proceeedings about administrative offense, data on the vehicle and on person to which this measure of ensuring proceeedings about administrative offense, in the protocol on the direction on medical examination on state of intoxication, or in the protocol on detention of the vehicle, or in the protocol on administrative offense, or in determination about initiation of proceedings about administrative offense, or in the resolution on the case of administrative offense in the absence of such data in the specified procedural documents is applied is made.
