About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2025 No. 99
Based on Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 7, 2013 "About standard consumer qualities of premises" the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 162
1. Bring in the Instruction for determination of standard consumer qualities of premises approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2025 No. 99, the following changes:
to add Item 1 after words of "settlement" with the words "and to types of premises";
add the Instruction with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Social and functional requirements to again built rent housing include furniture availability (built-in, modular) and household appliances (the refrigerator with the freezer worth no more than 30 basic sizes, the microwave oven worth no more than 9 basic sizes and the washing machine worth no more than 25 basic sizes), made in the Republic of Belarus.";
to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to this Instruction (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026.
