About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2024 No. 136
Based on paragraphs of the twenty second and twenty eighth No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2024 No. 136 "About crediting" the following changes:
in part two of Item 1 of figure "2026" to replace with figures "2027";
add the resolution with Items 2-2, 6-2 and 6-3 of the following content:
"2-2. Offer JSC Belagroprombank and JSC ASB Belarusbank at the expense of the means specified in Item 1 of this resolution to provide in 2026 to the organizations of consumer cooperation of the Vitebsk and Minsk regions the credits for financing of the current activities within the amounts of return (repayment) of the credits (their parts) for credit agreements according to appendix.
The credits specified in part one of this Item are provided with establishment of term of their complete return (repayment) till December 31, 2027 and monthly payment of interest for using by them in the amount of 3 annual interest rates.";
"6-2. Determine that the Vitebsk regional executive committee has the right to provide in accordance with the established procedure in 2026 guarantee of regional executive committee on the credit specified in Item 2-2 of this resolution, issued to the Vitebsk regional consumer society without the requirement to amounts of guarantees of local executive and administrative organs in general on areas within which this guarantee is provided of the Law of the Republic of Belarus established in Item 9 of Article 21 of December 29, 2025 to No. 125-Z "About the republican budget for 2026".
