I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2016 No. 352 "About approval of Rules of issue of permission to fund raising of shareholders" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14188) the following change:
Rules of the issue of permission to fund raising of shareholders approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
