About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2014 No. 1110

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2014 No. 1110 "About licensing of business activity on management of apartment houses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 44, Art. 6074; 2018, No. 39, Art. 5965; 2022, No. 7, Art. 975; 2023, No. 23, Art. 4170; 2024, No. 34, Art. 5236).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2014 No. 1110

1. In item 4:

a) in the paragraph the second words "procedure for issue and cancellation of the competence certificate, procedure for maintaining the register of competence certificates, form of the competence certificate" shall be replaced with words "procedure for provision, cancellation of the competence certificate, procedure for maintaining the unified federal register of competence certificates";

b) third to declare the paragraph invalid.

2. In Regulations on licensing of business activity on management of apartment houses and about the implementation of regional state licensed control of implementation of business activity on management of apartment houses approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 3:

word in paragraph one "Items 1 - 6.2" shall be replaced with words "Items 1 - 6.2 and 6.4";
