1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 4, 2014 No. 1161 "About approval of the Regulations on marking of wood of valuable forest breeds (oak, beech, ash-tree)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 46, the Art. 6358).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 4, 2014 No. 1161

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2027".

2. In the Regulations on marking of wood of valuable forest breeds (oak, beech, ash-tree) approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 2 of the word "in Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of wood and transactions with it" shall be replaced with words "in the state forest register";

b) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Information on marking of wood of valuable breeds is submitted the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs performing export of wood of valuable breeds from the Russian Federation in the state forest register no later than one day before export of wood of valuable breeds from the Russian Federation by means of forming of the electronic accompanying document for transportation of wood and products of its conversion with use of federal state information system of forest complex or the specialized software, access to which is free of charge provided by the operator of the specified information system.".
