About modification of some orders of the Government (production of landing material and material for reproduction of fruit plants, subsidizing of investments into agricultural industry)

1. In the Regulations on specific measures and conditions of the acceptability for subsidizing of investments from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 491/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 314-317, 705), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. 5) of Item 20 to add the subitem with the text "irrigating system or connected with the existing irrigating system, intended for covering of consumption of electrical energy or fuel in case of transfer of water through irrigating system";

1.2. in the subitem 6) of Item 35 the text "Laying of long-term planting with landing material of biological category "Regular" is subsidized till 2025 inclusive" to exclude;

1.3. in Item 37:

1.3.1. letter c in paragraph four) the subitem 1) to exclude the word "sweet cherries";

1.3.2. 4) to add the subitem with letter i) the following content:

"i) systems of protection against frosts with infrared pipe – 50%, but no more than 250 thousand lei/hectare;";

1.4. in Item 43:

1.4.1. 5) to add the subitem with the text "– for grape plantings of the grades of grapes intended for production of wine";

1.4.2. 10) to declare the subitem invalid;

1.5. 7) Item 45 to add the subitem with letter f) the following content:

"f) systems of protection against frosts with infrared pipe – 50%, but no more than 250 thousand lei/hectare;".
