1. Reorganize Territorial agency of the public assistance the Center (the accepting legal entity) by merging (accession) with the following public organizations (the attached legal entities):
1.1. The center of accommodation of elderly people and persons with limited opportunities of "Alexandra Grajdian", Kriulen;
1.2. The day center of rehabilitation for children with limited opportunities, Kriulen.
2. Reorganize Territorial agency of the public assistance the Center - the West (the accepting legal entity) by merging (accession) with Public organization "Center of Provision of Social Services", Kelerash (the attached legal entity).
3. Reorganize Territorial agency of the public assistance the North (the accepting legal entity) by merging (accession) with Public organization "Center of Accommodation of Adult and Elderly People "Alinare"", the village Kostesht, the district Ryshkan (the attached legal entity).
4. Reorganize Territorial agency of the public assistance the North - the East (the accepting legal entity) by merging (accession) with the following public organizations (the attached legal entities):
4.1. Public organization "Communal House to Voloava", village of Voloave, district of Forty;
4.2. Public organization "Center of Provision of Social Services", мун. Forty;
