DECIDES:
1. The code of networks of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 420/2019 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, No. 14-23, the Art. 60), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1520 of January 3, 2020, changes as follows:
1.1. The Garmonizatsionny clause is excluded and moves after clause about adoption of the Resolution No. 420/2019 in the following edition:

- 2017/459 Commissions of March 16, 2017 about creation of the network code concerning mechanisms of allocation of capacity in gas-transport systems and cancellation of Regulations (EU) No. 984/2013, CELEX transpose Regulations (EU): 32017R0459, No. 2017/459 of the Commission published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 72 of March 17, 2017, adapted by the Solution No. 2018/06/PHLG-EnC of the Standing group of high level of Energy community of November 28, 2018 about implementation of Regulations (EU) of March 16, 2017 about creation of the network code concerning mechanisms of allocation of capacity in gas-transport systems and cancellation of Regulations (EU) No. 984/2013;
