About modification of some regulations (reduction in compliance of the regulatory base in the field of housing)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on housing No. 75/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 131-138, 249), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Chapter X with Article 55-1 of the following content:
"Article 55-1. Prohibition on use and storage/warehousing of cylinders with compressed and/or liquefied natural gas
(1) In apartment apartment houses and hostels, including in rooms/apartments, on balconies and loggias, terraces, in places public, attics, cellars, semi-basements and on technical floors, and also in extensions to apartment residential houses / hostels use of cylinders with compressed and/or liquefied natural gas for the purpose of connection to the gas-using equipment is forbidden, and also their storage / warehousing in the specified places.
(2) Violation of provisions of part (1) attracts civil, pravonarushitelny or criminal liability according to the legislation.".
2. In part (3) Article 59 of the word "till May 31, 2026", shall be replaced with words "till May 31, 2029,".
Art. II. - Part (7) article 88 of the Law on condominium No. 187/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 238-244, 467), with subsequent changes, to recognize invalid.
Art. III. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for provisions of Item 1 of article I which become effective after six months from the date of its publication.
