About modification of some regulations (the aspects concerning free enterprise zones and temporary import regime)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (8) article 7 of the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 108-109, 834), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "before the termination" "within no more than 165 working days from the date of the termination".
Art. II. - In part (18) article 287 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to add disposition with the words "and also except for the face approved by Customs Service to which the rights and obligations connected with this mode are transferred".
Art. III. - Part (3-1) Articles 318-1 of the Customs code No. 95/2021 (2021, 238), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 219-225, in the following edition:
"(3-1) During effective period of temporary import regime vehicles remain under control of the holder of the mode, except for case when the holder of the mode requests transfer of the rights and obligations connected with this mode to other face which was proved on customs area according to the procedure and on the conditions established by Customs Service.".
Art. IV. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective since September 1, 2026, except for article I which becomes effective since May 11, 2026.
