About modification of article 2-1 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item d) article 2-1 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, the words "10 000 lei" shall be replaced with words "30 000 lei".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
(3) to National cash desk of social insurance to give the amount of annual financial support established before entry into force of this law for categories of the receivers specified in Item d) article 2-1 of the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001, in compliance with the size established by this law since May 1, 2026.
