About measures for reforming of system of public administration in the field of insolvency
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 2026 I decide No. UP-78 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of Institute of Insolvency":
1. Determine main objective of reforming of public administration in the field of insolvency increase in efficiency of activities of the state bodies and organizations responsible for this sphere.
2. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 2026 No. UP-78 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of Institute of Insolvency" under the Ministry of Justice creates insolvency cases Agency (further - the Agency) and its territorial departments, the Agency it is determined by the special representative body in the field of insolvency.
3. Determine that:
(a) The agency is the republican executive body performing activities in organizational subordination of the Ministry of Justice;
(b) The director appointed to position and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan directs the agency;
(c) the director of the Agency has one deputy appointed to position and dismissed by the Minister of Justice;
() the Agency according to certain main objectives in the field of insolvency performs functions and has the rights specified in appendix No. 1 *;
(e) tasks and powers of other state bodies and organizations in the field of insolvency are distributed according to appendix No. 2*.
4. Determine that:
(a) the extreme number of managerial personnel of the Agency financed from the Government budget constitutes 81 units, including in central office of the Agency 40 units, in territorial departments - 41 units of employees function;
