About daykhansky economy (new edition)

This Law determines the basic principles of creation of daykhansky economy and the legal basis of its activities.

Chapter I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Daykhansky economy

1. Daykhansky economy is family and labor consolidation of persons conducting the agricultural production based mainly on personal labor of family members.

2. The spouses, children including adopted (adopted) parents and other relatives can be members of daykhansky economy.

3. Persons working in it according to the employment contract cannot be members of daykhansky economy.

Article 2. Property of daykhansky economy

1. The Daykhansky economy can have in property economic and other constructions, plantings, the productive and working cattle, bird, bees, agricultural machinery and stock, vehicles and other property necessary for independent conducting agricultural production, conversion, sales of products, rendering services.

2. The made products and the gained income are property of daykhansky economy and are used by it at discretion.

3. Its head with the consent of other members of daykhansky economy disposes of property of daykhansky economy.

4. The property of daykhansky economy is insured in voluntary procedure.

5. The property relations of members of daykhansky economy are governed by the relevant standards of the Civil code of Turkmenistan of Saparmurat Turkmenbasha, the Code about scrap and family of Turkmenistan, and also other legal acts of Turkmenistan.

Article 3. Managing form in daykhansky economy

1. The Daykhansky economy is independent production unit.
