For the purpose of implementation of Articles 520, 543 Codes of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for the direction of copies of resolutions on cases on the offenses received using the certified/confided special control and measuring technical means working in the automatic mode having functions photo and filmings, videos according to appendix.
2. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within means of the involved state bodies provided by the republican budget on corresponding and the next years, and also at the expense of means from realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project and other sources which are not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
