About the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan
According to article 12 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Provision, structure of central office, the Scheme of management and the List of the organizations of system of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4).
2. Establish the extreme number of employees of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 807 units (without service personnel), including central office in number of 79 units.
3. Permit the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to have three deputy ministers, including one first and board as a part of 9 people.
4. To perform financing of central office, bodies and organizations of system of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of the means of the republican budget, special means of the ministry and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
5. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan till April 1, 2024:
- provide offers on modification and amendments to industry regulatory legal acts;
- bring the acts into accord with this resolution.
